Allan Scott is regarded as one of the best Marlborough winemakers. This is zingy, dry and full of wonderful fruit flavours. Fantastic.

Dry with green fruit flavours. Won a Gold medal in Australia. Fantastic interpretation of this classic variety which originally came from the Southern Rhone.
Sancerre Thomas Labaille - France	£22.95
Stunning grass and gooseberry freshness. Sauvignon Blanc reaches its wonderful heights in this region. Very dry wine produced on a boutique 9 hectare farm.

As above but made from old vines which lowers the quantity produced but increases the intensity and concentration. Bottles in heavy glass.
Meursault Les Pellans Domaine d'Ardhuy - France	£39.95
A famous village boasting a tremendous history of winemaking. Although still in it's youth, this wine will most prefectly match the Lobster Thermidor

Considering the location of the vineyard (it is very northerly), Dominique has managed to endow this lovely pink with delicious up-front fruit. It remains dry throughout but the ripeness of fruit is ever-present

Almost unbelievably smooth and drinkable spicy red. An absolute gem.
Merlot Aroma - Chile	£13.75
Soft on the approach with a delicious firmness through the palate. A real find and very moreish.
Rioja Tinto Selected Harvest Valdepalacios Leza Garcia - Spain	£14.95
Only the best bunches are hand selected during the first pass of the vines. This seems to endow the wine with a delicious sweetness without losing the austerity and food-friendliness.
